California appears to be in flames, and San Diego in particular. Hope Beckys folks are all ok?
To answer Kevin's question, we are
all ok. Debby and Jason were not
in a fire area, and neither were we, although the Rice Canyon fire was just south of us on the San Diego county line. Luckily the weather changed and the winds stopped blowing. However, all of Southern California is ready to ignite if the conditions are right.

Maybe Becky & Stephen were eaten by wild indigenous plants in the Bolivian Amazon. Or maybe Dracula is visiting the jungle. Or maybe there are no Internet cafe's there.

We survived the Bolivian Amazon...There really were no internet cafes out there...lots of mosquitos and insects though...My stomach is a little bit dodgy at the moment, but it was worth it. We saw some fantastic animals. I will add more video when we find a really high speed internet cafe. I have a great one of a caiman jumping in the water right next to Stephen and Stephen screaming....Happy Halloween Jen...didn't feel much like celebrating with the dodgy tummy...you didn't have a party this year? That was a lot of fun last year.
